91看片 Promise

91看片 promises to pay two years of tuition for eligible students.

Scholarship Details

For eligible students, 91看片 agrees to pay the tuition, technology, activity, and CAPS fees up to the in-state rate for two years, including summer terms.

91看片 will cover tuition up to the in-state rate for courses taken by out-of-state students. Out-of-state students will not be eligible for the 91看片 Promise Program during semesters that they receive other financial aid that covers in-state tuition rate.
Eligibility begins in the fall semester after high school graduation and ends the summer semester of their second year.
Federal and state grants, scholarships, and outside funding must be exhausted before 91看片 begins payment.
Books and course specific fees are not included under the 91看片 Promise Program.

Requirements

Eligibility

Be a resident of Moore or Hoke County.
Be a private, public, or registered home-school equivalent high school graduate planning to attend 91看片 the fall semester immediately following high school graduation.
Successfully complete at least four dual-enrollment courses through 91看片's Career and College Promise program with a GPA of 2.0 or higher and a 67% completion rate by the time of high school graduation.

Enrollment

Apply to 91看片 as a degree-seeking student and meet with a College Navigator.
- Students who completed a 91看片 application for the Career and College Promise Program are required to re-apply as a college student.

Submit your high school or high school equivalency transcript.
Apply for the 91看片 Promise by completing the online 91看片 scholarship application.

Complete the using 2023 tax information.
Enroll in at least one course during the Fall 2025 semester (enrolling during the Fall 2025 semester 鈥渓ocks in鈥� your eligibility for the next two years.)

Deadlines

Fall 2025 Priority Deadline: July 28th, 2025. The following requirements must be met by the deadline, to ensure your eligibility.

A new 91看片 admissions application must be completed, submitted, and on record with the Student Onboarding office.
Official high school transcript showing your graduation date must be submitted and on record with the 91看片 Registrar's office.
Your 91看片 scholarship application must be completed, submitted, and on record with the 91看片 Scholarship Office.
Your 2025-26 FAFSA and all additional required financial aid paperwork must be completed, submitted, and on record with the 91看片 Financial Aid Office.

Don't wait until the week of the deadline to submit your FAFSA to 91看片, you will not meet the deadline.

Once enrolled, students must continuously meet the financial aid Satisfactory Academic Progress standards outlined by the state and federal government (maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA and complete at least 67% of all courses attempted at 91看片 Community College.)

Career & College Promise Pathways

As noted under the eligibility requirements, a student must successfully complete at least four dual-enrollment courses through the Career and College Promise program at 91看片. For Moore County students, those courses are offered through both our Curriculum and Workforce Continuing Education CCP pathways. Students may take a combination of both Curriculum and Workforce Continuing Education CCP courses to fulfill the four-course requirement. Please contact your High School Counselor for a list of courses you may take. Each curriculum CCP course counts as one class for the four-course requirement.

The following is a list of WCE-CCP pathways and course-worth toward the four-course Promise requirement.

Here are the WCE pathways eligible students at Pinecrest, Union Pines, and North Moore can pursue.

Electrocardiogram Technician (EKG) fulfills one class toward the four-course requirement.
Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) fulfills one class toward the four-course requirement.
Pharmacy Technician fulfills one class toward the four-course requirement (Starting Spring 2021).
MSSC 鈥� Certified Production Technician fulfills two classes toward the four-course requirement.
NCCER Electrical Level 1 fulfills two classes toward the four-course requirement.
Firefighter Academy fulfills four classes towards the four-course requirement if all course components are completed.
Plumbing Level 1 fulfills one class toward the four-course requirement.
Plumbing Level 2 fulfills one class toward the four-course requirement.
HVAC Level 1 fulfills one class toward the four-course requirement.
HVAC Level 2 fulfills one class toward the four- course requirement.
NCCER Welding Level 1 fulfills two classes toward the four-course requirement.
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) fulfills two classes toward the four-course requirement.
